Your pre-arrival checklist
- Bring a valid passport. Every visitor needs one, including those arriving from the US Virgin Islands.
- Fill in the online Immigration and Customs form at bviedcard.gov.vg before you arrive.
- Allow for a US$10 environmental and tourism levy per person on arrival, and a US$20 departure tax if you leave by ferry.
- Travelling via St Thomas or San Juan? Non-US citizens need the right US travel documents, for example an ESTA for UK visitors.
- Book a hire car ahead in high season. We drive on the left.

Getting here
The last stretch to Mango Bay
Mango Bay is 10–15 minutes' drive from Virgin Gorda's airport and the ferry dock in Spanish Town. Hire a car or take a taxi from there.
By air
Fly to Virgin Gorda (VIJ), or to Tortola (EIS) and take the 20-minute ferry from Trellis Bay to Spanish Town.From the airport, take a taxi or pick up your hire car. It is 10–15 minutes to the resort.
By ferry or water taxi
Ferries arrive in Spanish Town. Water taxis from St Thomas can drop you at Virgin Gorda Yacht Harbour.Taxis meet the ferries, or pick up your hire car. It is 10–15 minutes to the resort.

The Drop Off
Our café, bar and restaurant at the dock, opening December 2026. Open 11 am until late. 7 days a week from 1 December to 30 April; closed Mondays from 1 May to 1 December.
